yang dimaksud dengan web statis adalah halaman web yang dibuat hanya dengan menampilkan isi/konten (text,image,dan animasi) tanpa mengajak pengunjung melakukan interaksi, artinya hanya membuat link navigasi halaman per halaman tanpa adanya logika pemrograman yang berarti.

Sedangkan web dinamis adalah halaman web yang dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman (PHP, ASP, PERL, dll) dengan menggunakan database (Oracle, MySQL, PosgreSQL, dll) yang diperuntukan untuk menampilkan isi/konten yang bersifat dinamis dan mengajak pengunjung untuk melakukan interaksi. VSAT adalah singkatan dari Very Small Aperture Terminal adalah stasiun penerima sinyal dari satelit dengan antena penerima berbentuk piringan dengan diameter kurang dari tiga meter. Fungsi utama dari VSAT adalah untuk menerima dan mengirim data ke satelit. Satelit berfungsi sebagai penerus sinyal untuk dikirimkan ke titik lainnya di atas bumi. Sebenarnya piringan VSAT tersebut menghadap ke sebuah satelit geostasioner. A virtual private network (VPN) is a computer network in which some of the links between nodes are carried by open connections or virtual circuits in some larger network (e.g., the Internet) instead of by physical wires. The link-layer protocols of the virtual network are said to be tunneled through the larger network when this is the case. One common application is secure communications through the public Internet, but a VPN need not have explicit security features, such as authentication or content encryption. A program by itself can’t achieve anything. To carry out its work, it need to be fed either a compiler or an interpreter. Both have their advantages:

• A compiler takes a program listing and generates an executable file. This executable file can then be executed as many times as necessary, copied to other computers, and so on without the need for program source code. This helps to keep program details confidential.

Because the computer only runs once, it can afford to take its time about generating the executable code. As a result, compilers tend to perform elaborate optimization on the program code with the result that the executable code runs very efficiently.

• An interpreter examines a program listing line by line and carries out the tasks required by the code there and then.
